  High heat can affect texture in transit. We recommend choosing faster shipping in warmer months; cold-packing options may be available for an added fee.

• Do you deliver cookies outside of Toronto?

  Yes. We ship cookies across Canada and the USA with tracked couriers.

• Do you make logo cookies?

  Yes. We offer printed logo cookies for corporate gifting, events, and celebrations. Contact us with your artwork and timeline.

• Do you offer gift packaging for cookies?

  Gift box packaging is offered on butter tarts only due to event volume. Cookies are securely packed for freshness, and you can add a personal gift message on the product page.

• Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cookies?

  Not at this time. Our cookies contain wheat, dairy, and eggs.

• Do you offer seasonal cookie flavours?

  Yes. We rotate seasonal favourites alongside our best-selling classics. Availability may vary throughout the year.

• How are cookies packaged for shipping?

  Cookies are sealed for freshness and cushioned with protective packing so they arrive in great condition.

• How long does cookie delivery take?

  Ontario: typically 1–3 business days. Other Canadian provinces: 3–7 business days. USA: 3–7 business days. Weather, holidays, and courier delays can affect these estimates.

• How should I store cookies?

  Keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze airtight for up to 2–3 months and thaw at room temperature.

• Is there a minimum order for cookies?

  No strict minimum for standard online orders. Catering or corporate orders may have minimums depending on the product and packaging.

• What allergens are present?

  Our cookies are made in a facility that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Please review each flavour’s ingredients before ordering.

• What is the texture of your cookies?

  Soft and chewy centres with lightly crisp edges. Many flavours are generously stuffed for an extra-decadent bite.

• What makes Carla’s Cookie Box cookies different?

  Cookies are made from scratch with Canadian-sourced ingredients, no added preservatives, and baked fresh to order for maximum flavour.

• What sizes do your cookies come in?

  We offer standard 4-inch cookies as well as our signature oversized cookies for a bigger, more indulgent treat.

• When do you ship cookies?

  We ship fresh from Ontario every Wednesday and Friday. Live rates are shown at checkout based on your address and courier selection.

• Will I receive tracking for cookie orders?

  Yes. A tracking email is sent when your shipping label is created. The date you select at checkout is the ship-out date, not the delivery date.
