  Yes. Add personalized messages, branded inserts, or logo cards. For printed logo cookies or special branding, contact us before your order ships.

• Can we pause or cancel the subscription?

  Yes. Month-to-month plans can be paused or canceled any time before billing. Prepaid 3/6/12-month plans auto-end with no further action.

• Can you ship to multiple locations?

  Each subscription is tied to one delivery address. For multiple recipients or offices, place separate orders or contact us to coordinate a multi-address rollout.

• Do you offer bulk orders or holiday gifting?

  Yes. We handle bulk and seasonal gifting for clients and staff. Please reach out early to secure preferred shipping dates during peak seasons.

• Do you offer discounts for corporate subscriptions?

  We provide special pricing already in the subscription price based on volume .

• Do you offer nut-free options?

  We offer desserts without nuts by request, but we are not a nut-free facility and cross-contamination is possible. Please review allergen details before ordering.

• Do you provide invoices and receipts?

  Yes. Receipts are emailed after checkout. Invoices are available in your account dashboard.

• How are desserts packaged and delivered?

  Butter tarts are packed in clamshells (6 per pack); cookies are individually wrapped. All orders are boxed securely and shipped via tracked courier across Canada and the USA.

• What box sizes are available for teams?

  Small (12 treats), Medium (24), and Large (48). Great for offices, hybrid teams, meetings, and client gifting.

• What is the Corporate Dessert Subscription?

  A flexible subscription for teams and client gifting. Get curated dessert boxes (full-sized treats) delivered on a schedule that fits your workplace or gifting program.

• What plan options are available?

  Month-to-month (billed monthly) or discounted prepaid plans (3, 6, or 12 months). Prepaid plans auto-end with no renewal.
