Yes. Baked goods are sensitive to high temperatures during transit, and courier vehicles are not temperature-controlled.
Cold packs may be available at checkout for eligible butter tart orders. We do not cold-pack cookies; cookies are individually vacuum-sealed for freshness. In hot weather, choose a faster shipping option when available and bring the package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
