At Carla’s Cookie Box, every order is packed with care and verified before shipping. We understand that occasionally something may appear missing, so to help us investigate, we require clear documentation.
If you believe an item is missing from your delivered order, you must provide all of the following within 48 hours of delivery:
- A clear photo of the shipping box (top and bottom) — the bottom photo must show the printed box dimensions on the flap.
- A photo of the shipping label showing your name and tracking number.
- A photo of the packing slip that was inside the box.
- A photo of the box contents as received (before removing any packaging).
Send all photos to orders@carlacookiebox.comwith your order number in the subject line.
These photos must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for review.
Without the requested photos, we’re unable to confirm the claim or issue a replacement, as all shipments are weighed, scanned, and verified before dispatch.
