What happens if my package is returned to Carla's Cookie Box?
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, we are unable to issue a refund.
As a small bakery, every order is baked fresh and shipped specifically for you. Because our products are perishable, returned items cannot be restocked or resold, and we also incur return shipping fees from the carrier.
If your package was returned due to a carrier error, please contact us. We'll investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
