During shipping, it’s completely normal for fruit to stick to the lid or for caramel to slightly leak or shift inside the packaging.
This is a natural characteristic of traditional butter tarts and does not affect quality or freshness.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or replacements for these occurrences.
