• Are your wholesale products nut-free?

  No — our facility is not nut-free. While some products do not contain nuts, cross-contamination is possible.

• Can I sell your products outside of Canada?

  Yes, wholesale partners in the USA are welcome. International wholesale outside of Canada and the USA is not available due to shipping restrictions.

• Do you offer gluten-free or vegan wholesale products?

  Not at this time. All wholesale products contain wheat, dairy, and eggs.

• Do you offer private label or custom branding for wholesale?

  Yes. We can provide unbranded packaging or custom-branded options such as stickers, printed boxes, or logo cookies for an additional fee.

• Do you offer samples for wholesale clients?

  Yes. Approved wholesale accounts can request a sample package before placing a first order. Sampling fees may apply and can be credited toward your first wholesale purchase.

• Do you offer volume discounts beyond wholesale pricing?

  The wholesale pricing is already heavily discounted. We do not offer additional discounts beyond that.

• Do you offer wholesale pricing?

  Yes. We offer wholesale pricing for approved retail partners, cafes, specialty food shops, and hospitality businesses.

• Do you ship wholesale orders?

  Yes. Wholesale orders can be shipped across Canada and the USA via trusted couriers. We also offer local delivery and pickup options from our Vaughan, ON bakery.

• How are wholesale products packaged?

  Wholesale products can be individually wrapped, bulk-packed, or boxed according to your needs. All items are packaged for maximum freshness and protection during transit.

• How do I apply for a wholesale account?

  Fill out our Wholesale Inquiry Form or email support@carlacookiebox.com with your business name, location, and resale license if applicable. We'll review and get back to you promptly.

• What is the minimum order for wholesale?

  The standard wholesale minimum is 2 dozen units per flavour. Minimums may vary for custom products or packaging.

• What is your lead time for wholesale orders?

  We generally require 5–7 business days’ notice for standard wholesale orders. Larger or custom orders may need additional lead time. Rush orders may be possible — contact us to check availability.

• What makes Carla’s Cookie Box wholesale program unique?

  We handcraft desserts fresh in small batches using locally sourced Canadian ingredients. Our wholesale program offers flexible order sizes, custom branding, and products that keep customers coming back.

• What products are available for wholesale?

  We offer butter tarts, cookies, brownies, and select seasonal products in wholesale quantities. Availability may vary by season and production schedule.
