  • Do you offer samples for wholesale clients?

    No. As a small family-owned and operated business, we’re not able to offer free wholesale samples. We carefully make every batch by hand and keep our wholesale pricing as competitive as possible, so we’re unable to absorb the additional cost of complimentary sampling.

  • Are wholesale butter tarts individually packaged?

    No. Our wholesale butter tarts are not individually packaged. They are packed in vacuum-sealed packs of 6 butter tarts, with 12 packs shipped per case.

  • Can I mix and match flavours in a wholesale order?

    No. Wholesale butter tart cases are packed by flavour, so each case contains only one flavour. If you would like multiple flavours, you’ll need to order separate cases for each flavour.

  • Are your wholesale products nut-free?

    No — our facility is not nut-free. While some products do not contain nuts, cross-contamination is possible.

  • Can wholesale customers order seasonal flavours?

    Only the butter tart flavours currently available on our Wholesale Butter Tarts product page are available for wholesale ordering. If a seasonal flavour is not listed there, it is not currently available for wholesale.

  • Do I need special storage for wholesale butter tarts?

    No specialized equipment is required for normal handling. Follow the product-care instructions supplied with the order and freeze extra inventory when longer-term storage is needed.

  • Can I sell your products outside of Canada?

    Yes, wholesale partners in the USA are welcome. International wholesale outside of Canada and the USA is not available due to shipping restrictions.

  • Do you offer gluten-free or vegan wholesale products?

    Not at this time. All wholesale products contain wheat, dairy, and eggs.

  • Do you offer private label or custom branding for wholesale?

    Yes. We can provide wholesale orders in unbranded packaging or add custom logo stickers for an additional fee. We do not offer custom-printed boxes for wholesale orders.
