I just got my tracking number — does that mean my products were baked and shipped?

Not necessarily.
Your tracking number is created when we generate your shipping label and schedule your order for its selected shipping date. This reserves your place in our production and shipping queue.

We ship orders on the shipping date you selected at checkout.
Your desserts are baked fresh as close to that shipping date as possible, then carefully packed and shipped.

During extremely busy or peak seasons, we may experience short delays in the kitchen due to high order volume and fresh-baking schedules. In these cases, shipping may occur slightly after the selected shipping date.

If this happens, your tracking may show “label created” or “awaiting carrier pickup” until the package is handed off and scanned by the carrier.

We always prioritize freshness and quality and appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.
